SUP Program

In addition to outrigger canoes and dragon boats, Lotus has Stand Up Paddle boards (SUPs). The Lotus Sports Club is located on a stunningly beautiful area of waterfront on the west side of Burnaby’s Barnet Marine Park. The protected waters and vast shoreline of Indian Arm offer chances to explore and appreciate the varied scenery and wildlife of this marine and foreshore environment.

The Lotus Sports Club is a non-profit organization with a purpose to provide a safe and positive environment where people can enjoy the social, healthful and environmentally friendly aspects of paddle sports.

SUP Orientation

Instruction and training is offered to paddlers of all age and experience levels who wish to paddle on Stand-up Paddleboards.
