Recreational Program
The Lotus Sports Club is glad to offer outrigger paddling opportunities to everyone - this is why we have the Lotus Recreational Outrigger Program. If you are a beginner, or if you cannot commit to the rigorous training schedule of our Competitive Program, the Lotus Recreational Outrigger is the program for you! Please check our training schedule to find out when our practices run. Drop In Fees
To make it easier for you to decide whether outrigger paddling is for you, the Lotus Sports Club offers a flexible "Drop-In Fee" arrangement. Instead of paying our full annual membership, you now have the opportunity to come to our scheduled Recreational Outrigger practice as a non-member.
For your first practice we ask that you pay $30 which covers annual CORA (Canadian Outrigger Racing Association) insurance, equipment and coaching. Any time following the first practice you only need to pay $10 per practice which will cover equipment and coaching.
