Can I try paddling outrigger canoes before I commit to membership?
Yes, you can try paddling with our club's "Drop In" arrangement.
To make it easier for you to decide whether outrigger paddling is for you, the Lotus Sports Club offers a flexible "Drop-In" arrangement. Instead of paying our full annual membership fee, you now have the opportunity to come to our scheduled Recreational Outrigger practices as a non-member.
After April 1, 2012, you can come out to three practices at $10/session. After the third session, the drop in fee will be $25/session. This fee covers CORA (Canadian Outrigger Racing Association) insurance, equipment and coaching.
Who do I pay my fees to?
You can pay your fees directly to the program coach or the Membership Director (Cash or Cheque). Cheques must be written out to Lotus Sports Club.
When are the practices?
Please refer to the モTraining Scheduleヤ sub-section of our website

Do I have to race?
Racing is an optional part of rec/novice outrigger program. However, if you are interested in moving up to the competitive level, it is strongly recommended that you participate in OC6, OC2, and OC1 races!
